Base scope: one personalized 20 oz tumbler, one 4 x 6 inch photo panel and one approximately 2 inch acrylic keychain using coordinated artwork. Exact printable areas, item colors, materials and stock availability are confirmed before production. Requested larger panels (5 x 7 inches), extra items, custom illustration and premium finishes are quoted separately. Customer supplies the photo and exact wording. The placeholder shows an illustrative collection; final pieces follow your approved proof.
Ordering details
Size and scope: Confirm final dimensions, materials, quantities and included deliverables before work begins. For custom print sizes, send width x height in inches or millimeters; for fitted products, send the exact item/model.
Turnaround: We confirm your production or design estimate per order after reviewing artwork, materials and current workload. Timing starts after required information and proof approval are received. Carrier transit time is additional. Rush availability is confirmed before acceptance.
Proof approval: We send a digital proof for custom artwork. Check spelling, names, layout, colors and dimensions, then approve it in writing before final production or delivery. Changes after approval may change the quote and schedule.
Delivery and pickup: Physical products can be shipped at a separately confirmed cost or collected by appointment at no pickup charge. We share pickup instructions when the order is ready. Digital services and artwork are delivered electronically.
